Registration
Registration will be taken in person or by telephone. Full payment is expected by the first class. If you register by telephone, you must fill out a registration card on or before the first day of your child’s class.

Refund Policy
New students registering for their first session may receive a refund if the student is withdrawn within the first two weeks of class. Returning students will only receive a refund if the student is withdrawn before the first day of the session. Once the session begins there will be no refunds given. Refunds will be by check only. Allow two weeks for refunds to process. The family registration fee is non-refundable.

Parent Viewing
This is one of Gym America’s unique features. We enjoy offering you the opportunity to view at your convenience. Please stay in the designated parent’s area. No one is allowed in the gym area except for students and staff.

Before & After Class
Students may not use the gym equipment except during class time.

Pick Up
Parents must come inside the gym to pick up their children. Students are not allowed to wait outside for their parents.

Attire
Students may wear a leotard or shorts, t-shirt and bare feet.  (Leotards are available for purchase in our lobby.) Long hair must be pulled back into a ponytail.  No jewelry, watches or rubber bracelets may be worn.  Only stud earrings are allowed. Please leave all valuables at home. Gym America is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

Food & Drinks
Food, drinks and gum are not allowed in the gym at any time.

Make-up Classes
Make-ups are available for missed classes. Please call in before class to let us know if your child is going to miss class. We guarantee one make-up per session, but we will try to accommodate as many as needed.

Outside Play Structure
All children must be under parental supervision when on the play structure. No climbing on the roof of the structure. Gym America is not responsible for accidents or injuries sustained while playing outside.
