1. Use the Group Code G-GAA4 to receive your discounted group rate of $145.00

2. Once the arrival and departure date have been entered click on special rates

3. Enter the Group Code in the Group Code Box (make sure to include the G when entering the code). 

Notice:

• All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card

• Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods

• Per your group contract, Cancellations must be received a minimum of (72) hours prior to arrival for a full refund

• Cancellations received less than (72) hours prior to arrival will forfeit one (1) night room and tax

• Reservations by attendees must be received on or before January 15, 2024
